The Silverlight Media Framework was created from the best practices learned from the development of such notable implementations of Smooth Streaming with Silverlight as the Olympics, Wimbledon, Sunday Night Football and the Tour de France. We'll go over SMF, when you should use it and we'll demo the most fun and interesting elements of SMF including styling the media player, creating and consuming Smooth Streaming content and the support for Windows Phone 7.

Vince Bullinger is a Senior Consultant with Solution Design Group and has an MCSD for .NET with C# who's been developing with Microsoft technologies for over five years. In his spare time, he likes to work on the house and yard, work out, watch sports, play video games and learn everything there is to know about everything.
