Tips for Windows Phone

[THIS EVENT IS AT OUR NEW LOCATION] In this session we will discuss various tips and tricks for developing Windows Phone Silverlight apps. We'll take a quick look at variety of tools such as RestSharp, Reactive Extensions (RX), and Shawn Wildermuth's PhoneyTools. Finally will explore some tips for dealing with isolated storage, using sounds, debugging the photo chooser, and structuring your solution for flexibility.

Scott is the COO and WP7 developer for QONQR (pronounced Conquer), the geosocial game of world domination. Over the past 6 months, in addition to his ongoing consulting work, Scott has been working on the WP7 version of this MMO mobile game that will release on the iPhone, Android, and Windows Phone in 2012. Scott has been a Silverlight consultant since the Silverlight Beta 2 was released.
